With nearly 17 years in the property industry, Penny Winton brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people move. She began her career at just 17 with Brian Cox in Northolt, later spending seven years with Evans & Company in Greenford and managing a branch for Leaders/Romans in High Wycombe.
After a short break in events management, Penny returned to estate agency—thanks to a chance meeting with Max, who was valuing the house she owned (and he once lived in). Now based in Princes Risborough, she has strong ties to the local area and a proud connection to her family’s boxing legacy—she’s related to former world champion Terry Downes.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys gym classes, catching up with friends, and spending time with her 16-year-old son, who’s recently been accepted into the army. Energetic, personable, and driven, she brings heart and hustle to everything she does.
